We are seeking a Founding Applied AI Engineer to join an innovative AI startup based in India. This is a senior role with 4 to 7 years of experience, offering a competitive salary range of 50 - 100 LPA.
Responsibilities:
- Own the quality of AI agents end to end, including evaluations, feedback loops from real-world outcomes, and model strategy.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to shape the AI product and technology roadmap.
- Build and lead the AI engineering team, driving technical excellence and innovation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience shipping production machine learning or AI systems.
- Recent hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and agent-based AI work.
- Experience with evaluation frameworks or outcome-driven systems such as search, ranking, or recommendation systems.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Next.js and Python.
