We are seeking a Founding AI Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role involves owning the end-to-end development of our Python-based AI services, including the concierge agent, negotiation layer, memory and personalization components, and evaluation systems. You will work on building reliable AI models capable of handling real-world bookings and contribute directly to the architecture and core AI systems.
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (In-office)
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Compensation: Up to 30 LPA cash plus meaningful equity options. Flexible for exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop core AI systems end-to-end.
