We are seeking a Founding AI Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role involves owning the development and maintenance of a Python-based AI service end-to-end, including the concierge agent, negotiation layer, memory/personalization components, and evaluation systems. You will work with frontier AI models designed to reliably handle real-world booking scenarios.
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (In-office)
Experience Required: 2 - 5 years
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 20 to 30 LPA, with equity options available. Flexible arrangements possible for exceptional candidates.
