We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customers and own deployments end-to-end — from understanding their business and technical requirements to building integrations and taking them live.

- Customer + Engineering: Collaborate directly with customers to understand their workflows, map their systems, and design technical solutions.
- High ownership: Manage integrations from discovery and solution design through user acceptance testing, production, and post-launch stabilization.
- Hands-on building: Work with APIs, webhooks, data flows, Python/Node.js, and third-party systems to build real customer solutions.
- Product impact: Bring insights from customer deployments back to Product and Engineering teams to help create reusable solutions.
Location: Mumbai (office-based) with remote options available for candidates outside Mumbai.
