We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager based in India with 4-6 years of experience to lead a backend engineering team focused on building real-time backend systems.
Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture and development of microservices, event-driven systems, and WebSocket-based real-time applications.
- Work hands-on with Node.js and NestJS technologies on AWS infrastructure.
- Lead and grow the backend team through sprint planning, delivery management, implementation of best practices, and hiring.
- Maintain a high bar for execution and scalability in a fast-paced environment.
- Shape team culture and technical direction while remaining actively involved in the codebase.
