We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to build and lead a dynamic engineering team based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role involves hands-on leadership across architecture, product delivery, and driving engineering excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and mentor the engineering team to foster growth and high performance.
- Own projects end-to-end, including architecture design, AWS infrastructure, reliability, and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to define roadmap and ensure successful execution.
- Drive practical integrations of AI and large language models (LLMs) to enhance product capabilities.
