We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering delivery across multiple product tracks at a deep-tech cybersecurity company based in Pune.
Role Overview:
- Experience: 10–14 years, including 3–4+ years in engineering management or technical lead roles
- Location: Pune (Baner) with 5 days in-office work
- Compensation: ₹45–50 LPA
- Technology focus: Java, Android/Kotlin, Backend development, Kubernetes/EKS, Cloud infrastructure
- Scope: Architecture ownership, engineering delivery, technical hiring, reliability, and team leadership
This is a hands-on engineering leadership role that involves owning architecture decisions across a multi-component platform, leading backend, mobile, and platform teams, driving technical feasibility and build-vs-buy decisions, and collaborating closely with Product teams on roadmap execution and release strategy.
The role offers the opportunity to work on complex problems related to identity, security, cryptography, and mission-critical infrastructure while partnering with senior leadership.
