We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and take end-to-end ownership of engineering delivery across multiple product tracks at our Pune office (Baner). This is a hands-on leadership role focused on architecture decisions, engineering execution, and team leadership rather than purely people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead backend, mobile, and platform engineering teams.
- Own architecture decisions across a multi-component platform.
- Drive technical feasibility assessments and build-vs-buy decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Product teams on roadmap execution and release strategy.
- Lead technical hiring and ensure reliability of systems.
Role Details:
- Experience: 10–14 years, including 3–4+ years in Engineering Management or Technical Lead roles.
- Location: Baner, Pune (5 days in office).
