We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to join a dynamic team in Bengaluru. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own systems end-to-end and lead a team, playing a key part in building a business operating system aimed at improving operational efficiency for mid and large enterprises.

Compensation: 20 - 30 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering teams with hands-on involvement.
- Own the development and maintenance of complex systems end-to-end.
