We are seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead multiple engineering squads and set the technical direction for a distributed, cloud-native platform. This leadership role involves building and expanding the engineering leadership team and driving the growth and development of engineering teams.

Experience: 10 - 17 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage multiple engineering squads.
- Define and drive the technical strategy for a distributed systems platform.
- Build and grow the engineering leadership layer.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with deep expertise in distributed systems.
- Proven track record of growing and managing engineering teams.
- Experience working in cloud-native environments.
Compensation: 100 - 150 LPA
