We are seeking a DevOps Platform Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience to take end-to-end ownership of the platform’s deployment, reliability, and observability infrastructure.
Role Overview:
- Lead the design and implementation of release strategies and Kubernetes architecture.
- Define observability standards including SLI/SLO practices and incident management.
- Develop and maintain self-service deployment tooling across multiple environments.
- Focus on Kubernetes operations, CI/CD pipelines, platform engineering, site reliability engineering (SRE), and observability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform reliability and scalability.
