We are seeking a Design Lead to join the founding team of an innovative healthcare startup based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role offers the opportunity to shape the design direction of a company focused on transforming outpatient care by making high-quality medical services more accessible and effortless for both doctors and patients.
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Compensation: 20 - 25 LPA Cash + ESOPs (based on experience and excellence)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the design vision and strategy as a key member of the founding team.
- Create user-centered designs that simplify access to healthcare services.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Innovate and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in design leadership roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience and interface design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to building products from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
