We are seeking a Deployment Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for getting customers live with our AI-driven enterprise solutions. You will run technical proof-of-concepts alongside Account Executives, lead discovery calls, and write scoping documents. Additionally, you will build integrations to revenue, billing, and accounts payable systems, develop custom modules, and perform prompt and model tuning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running technical POCs with customers
- Leading discovery calls and scoping documentation
- Building necessary integrations and custom modules for product launch
- Tuning AI prompts and models
- Providing production support and fixing issues as they arise
- Engineering collaboratively with customers present
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in forward deployed, sales engineering, implementation, or solutions engineering roles
- Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, and Python
- Comfortable owning customer conversations and working closely with clients
- Willingness to work in-office in Bengaluru
