We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join a dynamic, remote team based in India. This role involves working on an AI-powered intelligence and risk-management platform focused on commodity markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data pipelines that integrate external market signals such as weather, prices, freight, and geopolitics with internal trading, procurement, and exposure data.
- Support faster decision-making processes around pricing, hedging, and risk by ensuring high-quality, reliable data infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- 4 to 8 years of professional experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Ability to work remotely with overlapping hours from 5:30 to 8:30 pm IST.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with complex data sets.
Compensation: Competitive salary in the range of 40 to 70 LPA, negotiable based on mutual fit.
