We are seeking a Backend Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join a dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role involves building and orchestrating backend systems that support AI-driven ad generation and autonomous iteration based on live performance data.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain asynchronous generation and editing pipelines for video, image, and audio models.
- Build orchestration layers integrating multiple AI models and backend services.
- Work closely with product teams to deliver scalable backend solutions.
- Implement and optimize backend workflows using modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
- Experience with asynchronous task queues and workflow orchestration tools such as Celery and Temporal.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Knowledge of caching and messaging systems such as Redis and RabbitMQ.
- Ability to work in an in-office setting in Koramangala, Bengaluru, with flexible arrangements.
Compensation: 40 - 70 LPA
