We are seeking a Backend Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join a remote-first team based in India. This is a senior-level role focused on building core AI infrastructure that supports large language model (LLM)-powered products in production environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end backend systems including data ingestion, retrieval, and serving layers.
- Work on AI-native search and engagement platforms that transform static websites into dynamic, answer-first experiences.
- Collaborate on building scalable and reliable infrastructure for enterprise AI applications.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and production-grade LLM-powered systems.
- Experience with building APIs and backend services that support semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first team environment.
