We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join a dynamic, remote team based in India. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the founding team to design and implement key features and sub-products from concept through delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with founders to conceptualize and develop end-to-end backend solutions.
- Lead technical architecture decisions to ensure scalability and maintainability of the platform.
- Drive performance optimization initiatives.
- Establish foundational technical practices to support future team growth.
