This is a high-impact role responsible for building and scaling the talent function during a critical phase of growth. Initially, you will own end-to-end hiring for leadership and specialized technical roles, working hands-on across sourcing, closing, and talent strategy.
As the organization scales, you will build the talent engine from the ground up, including:
