We are seeking an experienced AVP Legal to lead and scale the commercial legal function during a dynamic growth phase. This high-impact role involves owning the entire contracting lifecycle, including NDAs, enterprise MSAs, channel partnerships, and OEM agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales, and Partnerships.
- Develop and implement legal playbooks, templates, and processes to support scalable business operations.
- Ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial agreements.
- Contribute to building a strong legal framework with a clear path to grow into a Head of Legal role as the company expands.
