We are seeking an Applied Scientist to join a dynamic team focused on building a core decision intelligence layer. This role involves developing machine learning models, optimization techniques, and sequential decision systems that diagnose performance shifts and autonomously act on them. The position requires handling high ambiguity and taking projects from problem framing to production.
Location: Bengaluru, India
Experience: 4 - 8 years in applied machine learning or data science
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ML models and optimization algorithms for decision-making systems
- Build sequential decision systems that analyze and respond to performance changes autonomously
- Work in a high-ambiguity environment, framing problems and delivering production-ready solutions
- Leverage experience with large language models (LLMs) and intelligent agents (strong plus)
Compensation: ₹40 - 80 LPA
