We are seeking an experienced AIMS Crew Management Expert to join our team in Chennai. This is a foundational role focused on establishing and shaping aviation operations practices with a strong emphasis on integrating AIMS with AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise airline customers on AIMS-related operational strategies and AI integration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to build and enhance next-generation operational technology.
- Lead the development of the company's aviation operations capabilities from the ground up.
- Own the direction and adoption of innovative crew management solutions within the airline industry.
