We are seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to join a dynamic team based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role involves fine-tuning and deploying AI agents for provisioning, network operations center (NOC) anomaly detection, and support, directly contributing to live operational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of AI agents focused on automation and anomaly detection within telecom operations.
- Fine-tune AI models and implement evaluation metrics and guardrails to ensure robust performance in live traffic conditions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
- Drive innovation by combining agentic AI techniques with deep domain knowledge in telecom.
Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in AI engineering or related fields.
- Strong expertise in developing and deploying AI/ML models, particularly in agentic AI.
- Experience with anomaly detection systems and automation in network operations.
- Ability to work in an in-office setting in Bengaluru (JP Nagar) five days a week.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: Up to ₹50 LPA with flexible arrangements for the right candidate, including generous equity options.
