We are seeking an AI Researcher to join our team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on advancing research in the evolving landscape of AI-assisted code evaluation, where traditional deterministic methods have shifted to qualitative and subjective assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop research methodologies and annotation frameworks to define and measure good performance in AI-assisted coding environments.
- Create ground truth labels and conduct bias audits to ensure fairness is integrated as a core design constraint.
- Conduct independent analyses and scripting to support research objectives.
- Translate research findings into practical, deployable solutions rather than solely academic publications.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a research-intensive field.
- Master's or PhD degree in cognitive science, natural language processing (NLP), educational measurement, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in developing and executing your own scripts and analyses.
- Strong commitment to fairness and bias mitigation in AI research.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
Compensation: Competitive salary range from 20 to 100 LPA.
