We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development of a voice-first interaction layer for a cutting-edge consumer finance product. This role involves end-to-end ownership of conversational journeys, orchestration of speech-to-text (STT), large language models (LLM), and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies, as well as optimizing latency and quality for vernacular and first-time digital users.
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (In-office)
Experience: 5 - 7 years
Compensation: Up to 50 LPA cash + ESOPs, health insurance, productivity reimbursements
Responsibilities:
- Own and build the entire voice user experience (UX) product surface end-to-end.
- Design and optimize conversational AI journeys tailored to diverse user bases.
- Manage orchestration of STT, LLM, and TTS components to ensure seamless interaction.
- Focus on latency and quality improvements to serve vernacular and first-time digital users effectively.
