We are seeking an experienced AI Practitioner to join a dynamic team focused on advancing conversational and agentic AI technologies. This role involves end-to-end ownership of AI agent design, evaluation models, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and serving infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and ship agentic or conversational AI solutions in production environments.
- Design AI interviewers capable of conducting conversations, probing candidate thinking, and generating actionable reports at scale.
- Create fair and defensible evaluation models that measure skills accurately, especially in contexts where AI is integrated into the assessment process.
- Work with large language models (LLMs) to understand and address behavior breakdowns under real-world conditions.
- Implement and improve preference-based fine-tuning and RLHF techniques.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable AI products.
