We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join a pioneering team focused on developing chemistry-native AI for scientific discovery. This hands-on role involves architecting and training molecular foundation models end to end, including building data pipelines, managing pretraining runs, conducting evaluations, and deploying models into production.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop molecular foundation models from scratch.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training.
- Conduct pretraining and evaluation of AI models.
- Deploy models into production and ensure their performance and reliability.
- Own the entire model stack rather than a segmented portion.
Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in AI engineering or related fields.
- Proven expertise in building and training large-scale AI models.
- Strong understanding of scientific and chemical data modeling is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex AI systems.
- Based in India.
Compensation: Competitive salary in the range of 30 - 70 LPA.
