We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join an early-stage startup based in Bengaluru. This role involves owning the AI layer across multiple domains including agent orchestration, voice processing, multimodal reasoning, whiteboard intelligence, personalization and memory, as well as evaluation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage AI components that enable natural spoken interaction and visual concept explanations on a shared whiteboard.
- Collaborate directly with founding team members to build and shape the technical foundations from the ground up.
- Contribute to building scalable AI systems aimed at delivering personalized educational experiences to potentially billions of users.
Location: HSR, Bengaluru (6 days/week, work from office)
Experience Required: 2 - 6 years
Salary Range: 20 - 50 LPA
