We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves owning the AI layer across various domains including agent orchestration, voice, multimodal reasoning, whiteboard intelligence, personalization/memory, and evaluations. You will work closely with the founding team to build and shape the technical foundations of an innovative AI-driven educational platform from the ground up.
Location: HSR, Bengaluru (5 days/week onsite)
Experience: 2 - 6 years
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage AI components related to agent orchestration and voice interaction.
- Implement multimodal reasoning and whiteboard intelligence features.
- Design and enhance personalization and memory systems within the AI framework.
- Contribute to evaluation mechanisms to improve AI performance.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to establish technical foundations and scale solutions.
