Mechatronics Engineer

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients We are looking for a talented Mechatronics Engineer to join our founding team and help drive the development of innovative mechatronic systems. In this role, you will combine expertise in mechanical, electronic, and software engineering to design, prototype, and build advanced solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechatronic systems, incorporating mechanical, electronic, and control components. Collaborate on hardware prototyping and testing to ensure adherence to performance and safety standards. Integrate sensors, actuators, and embedded systems for seamless and efficient operation. Troubleshoot and optimize existing designs to improve functionality, reliability, and performance. Contribute to all stages of the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to production. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and building mechatronic or robotic systems. Strong understanding of sensors, actuators, and control systems. Proficiency in CAD software for mechanical design and simulation tools. Programming expertise in C/C++, Python, or other relevant languages. Familiarity with microcontrollers, PLCs, or embedded systems. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping and manufacturing techniques. Knowledge of AI or machine learning for robotics applications. Experience with IoT devices and connectivity protocols.
