Human Resources Intern (People and Culture)

This role is an internal HR role and not which deals with hiring for our clients. Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore Stipend: Rs 15000 - 20,000 per month Role type: Internship Funding: We are backed by Y Combinator (early investors in Stripe, Airbnb, DoorDash, Coinbase, Instacart, Dropbox, Twitch, and Reddit) and are a well-funded company. We are looking for people to join our 15 membered start-up. You will get a ringside view of how a startup gets built from the very early stages. We are backed by one of the top global investors in Silicon Valley. You get to work with an experienced founding team and get one-to-one interaction on a daily basis. We have a bunch of partner companies who look to hire the best tech talent via us and your role would be to help them find the best candidates (Please note that this is not an internal hiring role but hiring for partner companies). Day-to-day responsibilities include: Working with our internal team and hiring managers for their hiring needs. You will the point of contact from Weekday for our prospective hires Work on admin tasks related to office like managing vendors etc Requirements: Should be okay with changing work environment Should be hardworking and have the grit to close positions
