We have built the largest database of white collar talent in India and have built outreach tools on top of it to generate highest response rates. We are profitable and growing substantially month on month. Why should you join us? You will report directly to CEO and work directly with him. Relatively small team size: Our full time team size is 32 people. You get to work with an experienced founding team and get one-to-one interaction on a daily basis. Very strong bias for action. We don't do any unnecessary meetings. You will get to see results of your efforts from day 1. You will be directly responsible for all things supply ie candidates. What qualities you should have? Very strong work ethic. Ability to work with code & automation (you don't necessarily be a software developer but you should know your way around building scripts and automations - we use Airtable scripts for the same). Manage an operations team. Not looking for strategy folks; we want someone who can get their hands dirty and execute themselves. What work will you do? You will be heading 'candidate experience'. You will run the candidate side of the product ie product planning as well as running operations for it. You will have to build operations to ensure that every candidate who applies to any job as Weekday gets a great experience. You will run campaigns to get more users to our job site.
