Overview: We are lookout for a Marketing & Communications Manger to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing efforts and managing our brand We're looking for someone who is a strategic thinker, has excellent communication skills, and has a knack for creativity. As WeDoGood is a startup in the scaling phase, we want someone who can take ownership and demonstrate leadership qualities. You will also be involved in managing team members and working with the latest technology stack. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for both skilled volunteers and social organizations through effective digital marketing. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture and engage leads. Oversee social media efforts to build brand awareness and foster community interaction. Execute outbound marketing activities, and educational marketing to expand our volunteer and NGO network. Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote WeDoGood's services and initiatives. Understand different types of content and creatives; be capable of creating high-quality materials. Understand marketing analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts. Requirements: You have incredible communication skills - both written and verbal. Have experience managing teams A creative thinker who loves coming up with new ideas and solutions Eager to learn new things and stay updated with marketing trends. Comfortable with failure and able to learn and grow from it. Adaptable to changing circumstances and proactive in problem-solving. 4+ years of experience in marketing roles And finally, loves taking ownership and driving initiatives.
