Work with Webflow's API and third-party integrations to enhance site functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Webflow projects efficiently. Client Communication & Ownership Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Gather and interpret client requirements, translating them into well-structured Webflow implementations. Provide consultative guidance on best practices for design, user experience, and performance. Set expectations with clients, proactively update them on progress, and manage feedback effectively. Team Guidance & Collaboration Mentor and guide the existing Webflow development team to improve skills and efficiency. Conduct code reviews, implement standards, and enforce best practices. Work closely with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure seamless execution of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Webflow solutions with broader business goals. Process Improvement & Innovation Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery. Stay updated with the latest trends in Webflow, web design, and front-end development. Optimize performance, security, and scalability of Webflow sites. Ensure best practices in version control and deployment workflows.
