WedLuxe, a leading luxury wedding media brand and design agency, is seeking a talented, creative, and trend-savvy Graphic Designer to join our team.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with a refined, feminine aesthetic who excels in print and digital design.We specialize in marketing luxury wedding professionals, tourism boards, hotels, and resorts through content marketing featuring the world's most extraordinary weddings and wedding experiences. We reach over a million people annually through our print magazines, digital and social channels, and WedLuxe-branded events.Our creative design agency division also provides art direction, business and event branding, wedding stationery, digital wedding websites, event signage and custom gifting services to an elite clientele.OUR DREAM DESIGNERLoves the world of luxury weddings and high-end design.Has a strong understanding of typography, branding, and luxury visual storytelling.Excels in wedding and event branding, including: luxury wedding stationery, custom wedding crests & monograms, digital save-the-dates & wedding websites, custom gift products, day-of signageThrives on design research, drawing inspiration from pop culture, fashion, florals, interiors, art, and historical design movements.Is comfortable designing mood boards, social media graphics, real wedding layouts & editorial features, sales & brand kitsHas an innate ability to refine and develop the WedLuxe brand aesthetic.Knows Showit, Squarespace or Wordpress inside and out.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAMDegree or diploma in graphic design from a recognized program.3–5 years of professional experience (new grads welcome—just wow us with your portfolio!).Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).Experience with Canva (Yes, we use it for social graphics, and it works!).Experience with MidJourney.A refined, feminine, and luxurious design sensibility.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you'll need to articulate design concepts clearly).Proven experience designing wedding and event collateral, including stationery suites, custom gifting, signage, and branding elements.Strong understanding of print production vs. digital file prep.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography.Comfortable presenting designs to coworkers and clients.Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines in a boutique team environment.PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENTSPlease submit a curated portfolio showcasing a range of beautifully designed projects. If your past work has been more corporate, please include mockups demonstrating your ability to design in a high-end, feminine aesthetic.WE'D LOVE TO SEEMood boards highlighting your favorite design trends (interior, graphic, luxury wedding-related, etc.).Examples of branding, stationery, wedding websites, and editorial layouts that align with the WedLuxe aesthetic.SALARY & GROWTH💎 Starting Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 (based on experience and skill set)💎 Annual Raises: Performance-based increases for those who prove invaluable to our team.
