We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help bring our events to life behind the scenes. This role is all about setting the stage—literally.
Schedule:
- 3–4 days per week
- Typically Thursday–Sunday
- Early mornings (around 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
What You’ll Do:
- Set up event spaces with tables, chairs, linens, and décor
- Arrange ceremony and reception layouts based on floorplans
- Assist with placing and organizing centerpieces, glassware, and settings (CGS)
- Reset and flip rooms between events as needed
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet tight timelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, and being on your feet)
- Detail-oriented—you notice when things aren’t straight or aligned
- Team player with a good attitude (this is a fast-paced, collaborative environment)
- Prior event or setup experience is a plus, but not required
