Temp Dispensing Technician

As a Temporary Dispensing Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their medicine on time, providing them with the care and loyalty that they deserve.

When will you work?

• Monday - Friday  2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

What you’ll do:

• Receive batch tickets and retrieve medication using an alphanumeric system
• Pick and process sales orders
• Maintain systems for dispensing & inventory control
• Ensure accuracy in scanning medications into our system
• Carefully and precisely pack medications in a detail-oriented manner
• Pack medicine into boxes ensuring the product is secure by using paper or bubble wrap
• Create, print and affix address labels on packages

 

What you’ve done:

• Obtained a High School Diploma or GED
• You've worked in a ‘fast-paced’ environment and really embrace it
• Established strong basic math skills

 

Who you are:

• You take pride in applying attention to detail and work with great accuracy and precision
• Independent and focused – you have your eye on the end goal and understand how critical your role is to the distribution of our medicine
• Always show up (on time) with a positive, professional attitude. No exceptions!
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs. on occasion
• Must be open to obtain the NJ Pharmacy Technician License
