Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Weddings and Event Sales Manager located in Udaipur. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients to understand their event needs, curate personalized event proposals, and drive sales opportunities. Responsibilities include event planning, liaising with clients and vendors, and overseeing the execution of private and corporate events. You will also contribute to sales strategies and ensure seamless event management and guest satisfaction from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management, with the ability to conceptualize and organize memorable experiences
- Proven track record in Sales, with skills in lead generation and closing deals
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build client relationships and negotiate with vendors effectively
- Experience with planning and executing Private Events with attention to detail and client-centric focus
- Strong organizational abilities, time management skills, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in using event planning software or CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the wedding and event industry trends and vendors in Udaipur is an advantage
