Job Location: Delhi
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wedding Sales & Marketing Manager to lead client acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in wedding/event sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury wedding market.
This role requires strategic thinking, relationship-building expertise, and hands-on marketing execution to drive leads and convert them into successful events.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate and convert leads for weddings and related events.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and venue/site visits.
- Prepare customized proposals, budgets, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and industry partners.
- Identify new business opportunities including destination weddings and corporate events.
Offline Marketing & Brand Partnerships
- Plan and execute participation in wedding exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Develop strategic tie-ups with banquet halls, luxury hotels, farmhouses, makeup artists, photographers, and other wedding vendors.
- Build partnerships with wedding venues across Delhi NCR.
- Coordinate print marketing materials (brochures, standees, catalogs, etc.).
- Identify local brand collaborations and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Conduct on-ground promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Relationship & Vendor Management
- Build long-term relationships with venue managers and hospitality partners.
- Act as the primary contact for venue referrals and partner inquiries.
- Strengthen brand presence in the Delhi wedding industry network.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in wedding sales, luxury events, or hospitality marketing.
- Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR wedding market.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as required.

- Experience in luxury wedding planning or destination weddings.
- Established network within the wedding and hospitality industry.
- Creative mindset with strong branding instincts.
