Role Purpose
The Wedding Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of destination weddings and related events across the resort portfolio. The role involves building strong client relationships, designing customized wedding packages, and ensuring seamless coordination with operations to deliver memorable experiences while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients for destination weddings and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, and corporate clients.
- Develop tailored wedding packages aligned with client needs and resort offerings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years of experience in wedding sales, event management, or hospitality sales.
- Strong network of wedding planners and event agencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality, Business, or Event Management.
- Creative, customer‑centric, and target‑driven personality.
