Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wedding Sales and Client Relations professional, based in Hyderabad. The role involves leading client interactions, converting inquiries into confirmed business, and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting solutions, coordinating proposals, and ensuring their seamless integration into planning processes. Additionally, the role will involve collaboration across internal teams to deliver exceptional wedding experiences while achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to engage and negotiate with clients.
- Experience in sales strategies, lead conversion, and business development within the events or wedding planning sectors.
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage client interactions alongside project timelines and event details.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills to effectively coordinate with vendors, designers, and execution teams.
- Knowledge of wedding and event planning sectors, as well as an understanding of current trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and basic familiarity with budgeting and contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, depending on client needs and event timelines.
