This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wedding Planning Intern based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the planning and execution of weddings by assisting with event coordination, vendor management, and client interactions.
Role Description
The role involves working closely with internal teams to manage timelines, handle logistics, support on-ground execution, and ensure seamless delivery of wedding events.
Qualifications
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor coordination
- Basic understanding of budgeting and expense tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High attention to detail and a passion for wedding planning
- Prior experience in event management, college fests, or internships is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
