Role Description
As the Wedding Planner / Project Head, you will manage end-to-end wedding planning, ensuring seamless execution of all events. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand their vision, managing budgets and timelines, conceptualizing event aesthetics, and overseeing vendors and logistics to deliver exceptional experiences. You will also supervise on-site event execution and ensure client satisfaction. This is a full-time role based in Udaipur.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Wedding Planning, Event Planning, and overall Planning
- Experience in Budgeting and managing financial resources for events
- Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities, with a focus on team coordination
- Knowledge of the wedding and hospitality industry is a plus
- A creative mindset to conceptualize and execute unique events
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and flexibility to work on-site in Udaipur as required
- Prior experience in project management or a related field is advantageous
