Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Wedding Planner. The Wedding Planner will be responsible for coordinating and managing weddings from inception to execution. The role includes developing plans, working closely with clients to understand their vision, managing budgets, liaising with vendors, securing venues, and ensuring seamless execution of all wedding activities. The Wedding Planner will also provide exceptional customer service throughout the process to ensure a memorable client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning to manage diverse client requirements and deliver a seamless event experience.
- Expertise in Budgeting and cost management to ensure events meet financial constraints while maintaining quality.
- Strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with clients and vendors, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in event or wedding planning, with a portfolio demonstrating past successful events, is an advantage.
