Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Wedding Planner based in Mumbai. The Wedding Planner will handle the end-to-end planning and coordination of weddings, including client communication, event planning, and vendor collaboration. Responsibilities include creating and managing budgets, developing comprehensive event timelines, troubleshooting on-site issues, and ensuring every detail aligns with clients' visions to create memorable events. The position also demands delivering exceptional customer service and efficiently managing logistics related to wedding events.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning
- Experience with Budgeting for small- and large-scale events
- Excellent Customer Service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work extended hours, especially during peak event periods
- Knowledge of industry trends and vendor networks in Mumbai and surrounding areas
- Previous experience in wedding or event planning is highly desirable
