Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a detail-oriented and creative Wedding Planner. The Wedding Planner will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing weddings, ensuring every detail aligns with the couple's vision. The role will involve creating and managing budgets, working with in-house service providers, consulting with clients, and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process. You will also handle event logistics, vendor coordination, and timeline management to guarantee a seamless and memorable experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Wedding Planning, Event Planning, and general Planning
- Proficiency in Budgeting and resource management
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure positive client relationships and satisfaction
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and in-house teams
- Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Experience in the wedding or event management industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field
