Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives (Based on Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Wedding Planner who can transform clients' dream weddings into reality while delivering exceptional service from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute weddings from concept to completion.
• Meet clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, budgets, and event timelines.
• Attend client meetings, venue visits, and site inspections.
• Coordinate with design, production, operations, and vendor teams.
• Manage vendors, logistics, hospitality, and event schedules.
• Ensure seamless execution on the wedding day.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Resolve on-site challenges efficiently and professionally.
• Stay updated with the latest wedding and décor trends.
• Travel as required for client meetings, venue visits, and event execution.
Requirements
✔️ Minimum 4 years of experience in wedding planning or wedding event management
✔️ Strong communication, client servicing, and negotiation skills
✔️ Experience in preparing quotations and managing event budgets
✔️ Excellent organizational and project management abilities
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
✔️ Immediate joiners preferred
