Hiring: Lead Wedding Planner & Wedding Planning Interns 💍✨
The team at Binding Knots and The Theme Theory is expanding! We are looking for creative, driven individuals to help us craft unforgettable experiences. Whether you are an industry expert or a passionate newcomer with a sharp eye for aesthetics, we have a place for you.
We are currently opening applications for two distinct tracks:
Track A: Lead Wedding Planner (Full-Time)For the experienced storyteller and logistics mastermind.
- The Role: Take full ownership of the wedding journey—from the first mood board to the final reception toast. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, managing high-stakes budgets and complex production timelines.
- What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in luxury weddings or large-scale event management.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage diverse vendors under pressure.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of color palettes, themes, and "creative happiness."
- Compensation: Competitive salary + travel perks.
Track B: Wedding Planning Intern (3–6 Months)For the aspiring creative ready to learn the ropes.
- The Role: Work directly under our lead planners, assisting with vendor research, site inspections, on-site coordination, and creative digital assets.
- What We’re Looking For:
- A strong passion for the wedding industry and a "no task is too small" attitude.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Availability to travel for on-site execution during the wedding season.
- The Perk: This is a paid internship with a clear path to a Full-Time Role (PPO) for standout performers.
Location & Logistics- Base: Delhi/NCR
- Travel: Openness to travel for destination weddings is a must.
