Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wedding Photographer role based in the Pune Division. The Wedding Photographer will capture high-quality images throughout wedding events, including candid moments, portraits, group photos, and key ceremonies. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating shot lists with clients, scouting locations, setting up lighting and equipment, and managing time effectively during events. The role also involves selecting, retouching, and preparing images for delivery, organizing digital files, and maintaining a consistent visual style aligned with Shutterflare’s brand. The photographer will interact professionally with clients and guests, collaborate with other team members, and support promotional activities such as sharing work for social media and marketing content.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Wedding Photography and Event Photography skills, with proven experience capturing full wedding days.
- Candidates should possess core Photography skills, including composition, lighting, camera operation, and use of professional equipment.
- Candidates should possess Image Editing skills, including proficiency with tools such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop for retouching and color correction.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to help showcase work, support brand presence, and engage audiences online.
- Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, guests, and team members in a respectful, professional manner.
- Candidates should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in wedding or event photography and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Candidates should preferably hold formal training in photography or a related field, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
