Role Description
This is a freelance, remote role for a Wedding Film Editor based in Hyderabad/ Kerala. The Wedding Film Editor will handle video production tasks, including editing raw footage and assembling compelling wedding stories. Responsibilities include post-production workflows, ensuring quality output, and finding creative ways to bring wedding moments to life through visuals and audio. The editor will collaborate closely with the creative team to meet project goals and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and storytelling excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Production and Post-Production processes.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English is an absolute must.
- Strong expertise in Film Editing with a focus on storytelling, timing, and pacing.
- Knowledge of Video Post-Production techniques, tools, and software.
- Familiarity with New Media trends, platforms, and engagement strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in wedding videography or event-focused editing is a plus.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
