Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Wedding Event Planner based in South Delhi. The Wedding Event Planner will be responsible for planning and executing wedding events, managing wedding logistics, coordinating with vendors, maintaining budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction.
The role involves client engagement, creating tailored wedding timelines, overseeing on-site activities, and troubleshooting to ensure weddings run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning
- Strong skills in Budgeting and cost management for events
- Efficiency in Customer Service skills to prioritize client needs and delight
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Experience in liaising with vendors and managing diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields is a plus
