About the RoleWe’re looking for a Wedding Designer who can translate ideas into visuals—someone who can take a planner’s concept and turn it into clear sketches and 3D designs for execution.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity and practicality. You should not just design красиво—you should design what can actually be built.
Key Responsibilities
1. Concept to Visual Translation- Convert client / planner briefs into hand sketches and 3D renders
- Create mood boards, layouts, and design directions
- Present ideas visually in a way clients can clearly understand
2. Design Development- Work on stage setups, mandaps, entry designs, table setups, and overall themes
- Ensure designs are aligned with budget, materials, and feasibility
- Iterate designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams
3. Collaboration with Execution Team- Coordinate with production and on-ground teams to ensure accurate execution
- Provide technical clarity and measurements where required
- Be involved during setup when necessary to maintain design quality
Who We’re Looking For- 2–3 years of experience in wedding or event design (mandatory)
- Strong ability in sketching (hand or digital)
- Proficiency in 3D design tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar)
- Good sense of aesthetics, color, materials, and spatial design
- Ability to balance creative ideas with execution realities
