Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager – Décor, based in Chandigarh. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee client relationships, lead sales initiatives, and collaborate with clients to conceptualize and customize décor solutions. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, developing strategic plans, and coordinating with the design team to ensure client needs are met. Additionally, this role will focus on maintaining long-term client partnerships and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales management, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
- Event Management and Décor: Strong understanding of event styling, vendor coordination, and décor solutions is highly desirable.
- Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading a sales or operations team, providing guidance, and ensuring performance goals are met.
- Client Relations and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Creativity and Industry Knowledge: Ability to think creatively and stay informed about current trends in event styling and décor.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional Qualifications: Prior experience in the events and décor industry is a must, along with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
