With over 18 years of experience, the team specializes in full-service wedding design and décor, including floral concepts, thematic styling, and complete venue transformations.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wedding Decor Designer role based in Jaipur. The Wedding Decor Designer will conceptualize and design event themes, create mood boards and visual concepts, and plan décor layouts for a range of luxury and destination weddings. Responsibilities include selecting and coordinating floral arrangements, furniture, fabrics, lighting, and accessories to align with the client’s vision and budget. The role involves collaborating closely with clients, planners, vendors, and venue teams, preparing detailed décor plans and schedules, and overseeing on-site setup to ensure high-quality execution. The designer will participate in client meetings, conduct venue visits, manage last-minute adjustments, and maintain brand standards across all events.
Qualifications
- Strong creative and design skills, including experience in event décor, theme development, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in space planning, color coordination, and selection of materials such as florals, fabrics, lighting, and props.
- Excellent client-facing skills, including active listening, presentation abilities, and the capacity to translate client requirements into design concepts.
- Organizational and project management abilities, including timeline management, vendor coordination, and attention to detail on site.
- Ability to work long and flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak wedding seasons.
- Prior experience in wedding décor, event design, interior design, or related fields; experience in luxury or destination weddings is an advantage.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic competence with design or visualization tools (such as PowerPoint, Canva, or other design software) is mandatory
- Diploma or degree in event management, design, fine arts, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory if supported by strong portfolio and experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and travel to nearby venues or destinations as required.
